What we sell

We sell digital products: FiveM tools, chat tags and gang packages. Each product page lists what is included and which options are available. Nothing we sell is shipped physically.

Orders and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• You choose Permanent, Monthly or 7 Days where a product offers them. Permanent is a single payment. Monthly covers one month and 7 Days covers one week; neither renews on its own, you buy it again when you want more time.
• An order is complete once payment succeeds. Stripe emails you a receipt.

Delivery

Orders are delivered on Discord, to the Discord account you log in with at checkout. That account is how we find you. Delivery is done by hand, so it is not instant. If you have not heard from us after a reasonable time, use the help page to reach us on Discord.

Licence keys and using the tools

• A tool key is for you only. It may be tied to your account and the PC it is first activated on.
• Do not share, resell or give away keys, chat tags or gang packages, and do not try to get around the key check.
• We may disable a key, tag or package that is shared, resold or used to break these terms, without a refund.

No refund policy

All sales are final. Because our products are digital and delivered by hand, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once an order has been paid for, and this includes keys, chat tags and gang packages. By placing an order you agree to this policy. If something goes wrong, such as your order never arriving or you being charged twice, contact us on Discord and we will fix it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law where you live.

Chat tags and gang packages

Chat tags and gang perks work on the servers and communities that we run or support, and they follow those communities' own rules. Breaking those rules can lead to removal of your perks. Perks are not a guarantee of any in-game outcome.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the store and the tools running, but they are provided as they are and we do not promise they will always be available or free of errors. We may change products, prices, features and these terms over time. Changes to prices do not affect orders you have already paid for. The date above shows when these terms were last updated.

Not affiliated

Benefits is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re or Discord. FiveM, Grand Theft Auto and Discord are trademarks of their respective owners.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
