Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Order details. The email address and Discord username you enter at checkout, and what you bought.
• Payment information. Payment is handled by Stripe on its own page. We do not see or store your card number. Stripe tells us that you paid, the amount, and the email on the payment.
• Stored in your browser. Your cart, your light or dark theme choice and whether you closed the announcement bar are saved in your own browser so the site remembers them. They are not sent to us.
• Server logs. Like most websites, our server and hosting may record technical details of a visit, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell your information.

How we use it

• To take payment and confirm your order.
• To deliver your purchase to you on Discord.
• To answer questions and fix problems with your order.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to keep the site secure.

Who we share it with

• Stripe processes your payment and sends your receipt. Its use of your data is covered by Stripe's privacy policy.
• Discord is where we receive order notifications and where we contact you to deliver. Your order details are posted to a private channel that only our team can see, and our messages to you follow Discord's privacy policy.
• Our hosting provider runs the server the site is served from.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the store from fraud or abuse.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to support your purchase, handle disputes and meet legal and accounting obligations. After that we delete them. Stripe keeps its own records under its own policy.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we need to keep it to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute. You can clear the cart, theme and banner settings any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. To make a request, message us on Discord through the help page.

Children

The store is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Discord itself requires its users to meet its own minimum age.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
